- Product Purchase and Delivery: Membership grants you access to purchase our premium cannabis flower strains. The purchase and delivery of cannabis products are subject to the laws and regulations of South Africa. Druid's Garden reserves the right to refuse service or delivery if legal requirements are not met.
- Termination of Membership: Druid's Garden reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or applicable South African laws.
- Amendment of Terms: Druid's Garden may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the Druid's Garden website, including but not limited to logos, designs, and educational resources, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Druid's Garden. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit consent.
